The Integrative Piece

Looking beyond the prescription pad.

Root-cause investigation, targeted natural support, and lifestyle change — used alongside medication, not instead of it.

01

Lab Studies

We conduct detailed blood work — including zinc, magnesium, B12/folate, iron, vitamin D, testosterone, estrogen, and thyroid antibodies — to uncover underlying issues affecting your mental health.

02

Natural Supplementation

Combining scientifically-backed supplements with medications can expedite recovery and reduce medication dosages. Omega-3s, for example, have been shown to enhance treatment outcomes for ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

03

Lifestyle Coaching

Guidance on mindset (using CBT and DBT techniques), exercise, nutrition, sleep strategies, and spirituality — to naturally improve mental health and potentially minimize medication reliance.

How We Approach Treatment

Medication is one tool — not the whole toolbox.

01

Medication management

Finding the right medication at the right dose — reassessed regularly, not set and forgotten.

02

Whole-person evaluation

Sleep, routine, and daily life are part of the conversation, alongside symptoms.

03

Care coordination

Working alongside therapists, schools, and primary care so everyone involved in your care is on the same page.

How It Works

A clear path from first visit to ongoing care.

01

Evaluation

A 90-minute diagnostic evaluation covering history, current concerns, and goals.

02

Personalized plan

A treatment plan built around your (or your child's) specific situation — not a template.

03

Follow-up & adjustment

Regular visits to track how things are going and adjust medication or approach as needed.

04

Ongoing care

Continued check-ins to keep care steady once things are working.
